How this works

- 2. At 100% the item is tokenized immediately into 1,000,000 shares, and the funds go to ItemBase to buy it.
- 3. Backers claim 98% pro rata and can trade at once. The other 2% goes to the first 100 $ITEMS holders.
- 4. ItemBase buys, receives and verifies the item; the asset then shows verified custody.
- 5. Trade shares, or vote on a whole-item offer. If the purchase ever fails, every share redeems at cost.
